To ensure continued success at Sunflower Virtual Academy, all returning students participate in the enrollment review process each year. Continued enrollment at SVA is based on attendance, engagement, academic progress, and overall program fit.

Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year is currently open. Follow the steps below to begin.

Start the Pre-Enrollment Application

Step 1: Submit a Pre-Enrollment Application

All returning students must complete the updated pre-enrollment form for the upcoming school year.
Step 2: Annual Interview & Program Review

Students and families will participate in a required interview. This conversation allows our team to review academic progress, engagement, and overall program fit for the upcoming year.
Step 3: Acceptance & Registration Confirmation

If approved to return, families will complete any required registration updates.

Step 4: Online Enrollment (Opens July 30)

Beginning July 30, parents/guardians of accepted students will receive two emails from PowerSchool: • Email 1: Access ID and password to create your PowerSchool account • Email 2: Instructions to log in and complete online enrollment Online enrollment must be completed before August 12 to finalize registration. **Note: If you do not receive these emails after July 30, please contact the SVA office for assistance.**
